Tatsiana Sokalava is the founder and CEO of Career Scoops AI, an EdTech platform helping teens discover purpose-driven careers through AI-powered tools. With an MBA, a data science certification from Harvard, and AI strategy training from MIT, she blends education and technology to create innovative career exploration solutions. Inspired by her own experience as a mother navigating career planning with her son, Tatsiana launched Career Scoops in 2022 to make career discovery accessible, engaging, and personalized for the next generation.
Amy Herzog is the founder of Spark Joy with Amy. She is a seasoned educator and a passionate advocate for learning through play. With 25 years of experience teaching and tutoring, Amy equips parents and educators with simple, effective ways to engage kids in meaningful learning. Amy believes that play is the key to fostering confidence, curiosity, and deep connections. As a High 5 Thrive partner, she’s excited to bring these transformative, joy-filled strategies to even more families—helping kids thrive through the power of play.
Dave Casey is a seasoned performance trainer with over 24 years of experience leading transformational coaching programs for individuals and businesses through the world’s largest personal development company. As a certified ADHD coach, he brings specialized expertise to support individuals in navigating the unique challenges of ADHD. With three decades of consulting experience, Dave is known for his strategic insight, effective communication skills, and ability to guide clients. A passionate advocate for personal growth, he is dedicated to helping others live fulfilling, empowered lives—no matter their circumstances.
Our S.P.A.R.K. Career Readiness Coaches
We are proud to work with educators, coaches, and family counselors who are deeply committed to guiding families with integrity and care. S.P.A.R.K. Coaches (Students & Parents Align, Reflect & Kickstart) are trained to facilitate meaningful conversations, strengthen parent–teen alignment, and help students gain clarity and direction. With a balance of structured tools, real-world experience, and compassionate guidance, our coaches create safe, empowering spaces where families can move forward with confidence.
Kristi Klein is a counselor, educator, and coach with extensive experience supporting children and families through education, behavioral services, and family advocacy. She began her career as an elementary educator and has taught students from kindergarten through high school, developing differentiated, strengths-based learning environments that support both academic and emotional growth.
In addition to her work in education, Kristi has partnered closely with families as an Adoption Specialist and as a Registered Behavioral Technician, providing guidance, behavioral support, and practical tools for navigating complex family dynamics and developmental needs. Known for her calm, compassionate approach, she is committed to empowering children, educating caregivers, and helping families build confidence, connection, and resilience. She is also the parent of two daughters, ages 19 and 23, which further informs her compassionate, real-world approach to working with children and families.
Sharika Johnson is a High5Thrive S.P.A.R.K. Coach and trauma-informed therapist who brings deep clinical expertise and compassionate care to the families she serves. She specializes in working with children (ages 2+), teens, adults, couples, and families navigating emotional challenges, trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, ADHD, grief, and relationship issues.
Trained in evidence-based approaches including Play Therapy, CBT, EMDR, and Solution-Focused Therapy, Sharika understands how emotional development, family dynamics, and communication patterns shape a child’s confidence and decision-making. Her experience working with young children through developmentally appropriate therapeutic play, as well as teens and parents in family counseling settings, uniquely equips her to guide families through the S.P.A.R.K. Career Readiness process. Whether facilitating group workshops or providing one-on-one coaching, Sharika helps families build clarity, emotional safety, and forward momentum with trust and alignment.
Sierra Ashburn, a fierce and loving mama to five, and the owner of Amplified Innovation — a company focused on strategic operations for service-based businesses and nonprofits. Her heart is rooted in setting others up for success and helping people do meaningful good in the world.
Sierra believes deeply in the power of relationships and holistic solutions. She is passionate about helping families recognize that they are worthy, supported, and fully capable of shining in their zone of genius. Gifted in communication and empathy, she connects naturally with both parents and teens, guiding families through the next phase of their Career Readiness journey with clarity, alignment, and confidence.
Judy-Lee is a High5Thrive S.P.A.R.K. Coach, program facilitator, and course contributor dedicated to empowering parents and strengthening family alignment. She is also a performance coach with Landmark Worldwide, where she has led transformative programs as a Self-Expression and Leadership Program Leader and Program Classroom Leader.
Drawing on decades of experience developing leaders and facilitating breakthrough conversations, Judy-Lee coaches parents and students to experience greater freedom, joy, and ownership of their personal power. In addition to her celebrated work in performance coaching, she has spent over 30 years working with major international organizations, designing and producing team-building workshops that foster effective communication and operational excellence.

Ruby Raja is a High5Thrive S.P.A.R.K. Coach and the Founder of Inshiraa, a platform dedicated to supporting personal growth and resilience. She is passionate about helping individuals rediscover their strength, clarity, and sense of direction, especially during seasons of transition and change.
As a certified facilitator and trainer in the BeyondTrauma modality, Ruby brings a grounded understanding of emotional awareness, confidence-building, and personal empowerment to her work with families. She is the author of Healing from Narcissistic Abuse: Journeys from Abuse to Freedom and a contributing author to Healing Curious Human. As a S.P.A.R.K. Coach, Ruby helps parents and teens engage in meaningful conversations, strengthen alignment, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
